There are actually some midwest singles groups out there,try a search on google it will bring the groups up.

Try going into a yahoo chat room for that area…there is a love and romance section…and should even be a room for your state…chatting is fun and you meet lots of fun people in every age range… just be very careful and really get to know someone before you meet them in person…

I have it on good authority that women in WI all charge going national rates. I doubt you will find one for free. I hear there are plenty of free sheep in that state. i recommend you stick with what you can get.
